The Employee Welfare Committee |
The Company establishes the Employee Welfare Committee (or Welfare Committee in short) to facilitate the relations among the employees, consolidate their strength, promote the health and balance of body, mind and spirit, and encourage the employees to engage in legal recreation and entertainment activities. The Welfare Committee is responsible for planning employee welfare matters, allocation and use of funds, and reporting and audit of the income and expenditure.The Welfare Committee holds a regular meeting every two months and the Committee members representing their respective departments approve the employee welfare policies and relevant activities that the Welfare Committee establishes and plans. The meeting minutes are announced and published on the website of the Welfare Committee and Welfare Committee APP for the employees to read. The Welfare Committee also promote and implement the welfare actions applicable to all the employees in accordance with the resolution of the Committee members.
The Company sets aside NTD 36,897,534 as the employee welfare fund in 2022 pursuant to relevant regulations. The Welfare Committee planned many activities and provided employees with different welfare options, allowances, information communication channels, and club promotion and event planning projects.
