As the evaluation criteria for corporate governance continue to evolve, our company annually reviews indicators under four dimensions: "Protecting Shareholders' Rights and Treating Shareholders Equitably," "Strengthening Board Structure and Operations," "Enhancing Information Transparency," and "Promoting Sustainable Development." We continuously refine our corporate governance system and drive sustainable business development. In 2022, we obtained the ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management System and completed ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas verification from a third-party organization ahead of legal requirements. We are also progressively planning to integrate renewable energy usage and promote various energy-saving and carbon reduction measures. These efforts have led our company to be included in multiple sustainable index series components, including the "TPEx Corporate Governance Index" and "Taiwan TPEx Sustainability Index."

Looking ahead, our company will uphold the spirit of "Creating a community of shared future filled with both a sense of accomplishment and happiness." In addition to accelerating the development of new technologies and products, we will also actively embrace our role as a corporate citizen. We will further integrate sustainability into our operational activities to enhance the resilience of sustainable business management, and create the greatest benefits and well-being for stakeholders."
