Support of Education and Culture |
We are well aware that we carry a heavy burden of social responsibility while pursuing operational growth. Therefore, to reduce social risks and promote community development opportunities, we adhere to the philosophy of "taking from society, giving back to society". Starting from three perspectives: "education and culture, environmental sustainability, and social care", we engage in diverse social participation activities such as providing local employment opportunities, promoting industry-academia cooperation, and supporting community welfare and education programs. These efforts aim to stimulate local economic development, integrate corporate and employee resources to maximize social impact, and establish long-term partnerships with communities for mutual prosperity, thereby bringing positive and shared benefits to society.
Education can facilitate social mobility to allow our next generation to gain competitive advantages. Through the investing in educational resources and the implementation of industrial-academic collaboration projects in 2024, we hope that this could bring young people more opportunities for development.

Held the "Career Exploration Journey" Event with Boyo Social Welfare Foundation |
| The Boyo Social Welfare Foundation has been providing free after-school tutoring to disadvantaged children in rural areas of Taiwan for many years. Through free learning support materials and assistance, it provides children in rural areas or disadvantaged families with richer learning resources, so that they can be more competitive. In 2024, our company collaborated with the Boyo Social Welfare Foundation to organize the "Career Exploration Journey" event. Through the core capabilities of Chipbond, we help the junior high school students understand the diversity and connotation of careers and inspire them think about future career choices and study directions. This activity was presented by 24 colleagues from different departments of Chipbond Volunteer Club. They were conducted by video during the epidemic period and face-to-face after the epidemic subsided. Through activity design and interaction, children were led to conduct career exploration and draw a blueprint for their career. A total of 10 events were held this year with 202 participants, and since the start of the event in 2022, a total of 34 events have been held with a total of 811 participants. | ![]() |
