Stakeholder Engagement

Seeking profit is not the only consideration for a truly successful enterprise. It shall take into account the rights and interests of the stakeholders and the responsibility to the society. As a responsible corporate citizen, the Company maintains smooth communication and mutual trust with stakeholders through various channels. Reasonable and conducive to sustainable development expectations and feedback comments are incorporated into its operating strategies and plans to  continue to promote the sustainable process.

 

Identification of Stakeholders

Chipbond Technology values the needs and expectations of its stakeholders. The Sustainable Development Department convenes a team of members responsible for editing the sustainability report. In accordance with the principles outlined in the "AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES)," base on five facets "dependency," "responsibility," "influence," " tension," and " diverse perspectives ". The company identifies five primary stakeholder groups: "customers," "shareholders/investors," "employees," "government agency," and "suppliers/contractors."
