Social Care

We firmly believe that providing greater care and support to vulnerable groups can create a better society. Chipbond demonstrates its commitment through action, caring for disadvantaged communities and hoping to unite collective strength to keep the cycle of goodwill spreading throughout our society.

Participated in "Food Bank Project" of the Andrew Charity Association of R.O.C.

With the purpose of "disadvantaged assistance, emergency relief, disaster assistance, and educational promotion", the Andrew Charity Association of R.O.C is committed to the care and assistance of children from vulnerable families and vulnerable elderly people. Through the "Food Bank Project", the customized baby meal, vegetarian, evergreen, and special food boxes are distributed to disadvantaged families to prevent children and elders from hunger. In 2024, the Chipbond Volunteer Club partnered with the Andrew Charity Association of R.O.C to organize the ''Love Food Action of Chipbond'', calling on volunteers to participate in assisting in the packaging of food boxes. This activity includes carton assembly, food packing, pasting of logistics stickers, etc. We have established a complete production line of love from scratch and completed a total of 300 food boxes, hoping to deliver happiness to every assisted family. There were 47 volunteers assisted in this event, totaling 141 man-hours. Food Bank3.jpg (82 KB)

Moon Festival - Chipbond's Blessing

The Moon Festival is a day in the Chinese community where blessings are conveyed through mooncakes. In order to combine the concept of diverse employee benefits and social welfare, Chipbond integrates social welfare elements into the options for Moon Festival gift boxes. Colleagues can choose the desired package according to their individual needs, allowing vulnerable groups to feel the care and warmth from society.

Christmas event "Heartfelt Gingerbread House" with Boyo Social Welfare Foundation

Christmas is a time to share love and care with family, friends, and the wider community. On the eve of the holiday, Chipbond's volunteer group partnered with the Bo-Yo Foundation to host the "Heartfelt Gingerbread House" event. The activity invited children to share their good deeds and kind words, alongside a DIY frosting gingerbread house workshop. The event fostered gratitude and self-reflection through making, giving participants a chance to express thanks to someone special. A total of 17 students and teachers took part in this heartwarming and festive activity.

"Wear Happy Socks, Do Good Deeds"
Supported Maria Social Welfare Foundation

"Merry Young Happy Socks" is a social enterprise brand created by the Maria Social Welfare Foundation. The socks feature original artwork by youth with intellectual disabilities and are made from eco-friendly, antibacterial PET fabric. In 2024, Chipbond purchased 140 pairs of Merry Young socks as prizes for the Company's internal "Sustainability Mission," an initiative aimed at enhancing employees' sustainability literacy. This action demonstrated our active support for inclusive employment and helped empower youth with disabilities to integrate into society and realize their self-worth. These socks offer not sympathy, but courage.
