Ethical Management

The Company has established ESG Committee, and the Committee is responsible for regulating, promoting the regulations of ethical standards. The related departments are responsible to execute the resolved proposals and to confirm the results of the execution. The committee calls the meeting periodically every year, and reports the results of the execution of ethical conduct and ethics implementation to the board of directors.

1. In 2024, the Company reminded directors not to trade their shares during the closed period of 30 days prior to the publication of the annual financial reports and 15 days prior to the publication of the quarterly financial reports.
