"Integrity" is one of the core values of Chipbond Technology. To foster a corporate culture of honesty and accountability while actively preventing unethical conduct, the Company has established the "Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct" and the "Code of Ethical Conduct" in accordance with the "Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles" and relevant local regulations.
These policies have been approved by the Board of Directors, and the Human Resources Division is responsible for their promotion and implementation. Progress and status are reported to the Board of Directors at least once a year.

- In 2024, the Company reminded directors not to trade their shares during the closed period of 30 days prior to the publication of the annual financial reports and 15 days prior to the publication of the quarterly financial reports.
- In 2024, the Company’s whistleblowing mailbox for reporting unethical conduct received zero (0) cases.
- No incidents of violations of ethical corporate management were reported or identified among the Company’s employees in 2024.
- To implement our commitment to ethical management, the Company conducted internal training sessions in 2024 covering topics such as Ethical Corporate Management, Business Ethics, and Prevention of Insider Trading (including Corporate Social Responsibility & Employee Code of Ethics, Employee Code of Conduct Guidelines, and Confidential Information Protection Awareness Training). A total of 5,101 participants completed the training, accumulating 2,995.8 training hour.
