Interview Stage
Arrival at the venue → Check-in at the reception desk → Personality/English assessment (1 hour) → Professional assessment (if required) → Formal interview. The whole process can be completed within 3 hours (additional rounds for re-interviews).
Please bring other relevant documents for reference, such as transcripts, thesis, portfolio, etc. Let the HR know if you need parking assistance, and they will arrange it accordingly. In case of any urgent situations, please contact the recruitment team at the respective venue for assistance.
If you are unable to attend the interview, please inform the recruitment team in advance, stating the reason, and reschedule for the next available interview slot.
Within 2 weeks after the interview, we will notify you of the results either by phone or email.

The company offers single rooms for 4500/month and double rooms for 1500/month, with electricity bills charged separately. Colleagues can apply for these accommodations.

On the onboarding day, you should submit the following documents:

4. 2.5-inch passport photos - 3 copies
5. Photocopy of the highest education diploma - 1 copy
6. Certificate of resignation from the previous job - 1 copy
7. Photocopy of driver's license (apply based on parking needs)
8. National Health Insurance transfer form
9. Proof of salary from the most recent job
10. Recent medical examination certificate (within the last month)
11. Photocopy of passbook covers and backs of the following banks: China Trust, First Bank, Taiwan Cooperative Bank, Taiwan Shin Kong Commercial Bank, Mega International Commercial Bank, and Taipei Fubon Bank (with account number and bank name information). One of them is sufficient.

Pursuant to Article 20 of the "Occupational Safety and Health Act," workers are required to complete the new hire physical examination. Failure to do so will result in a fine of up to NT$3,000 imposed on the worker by the competent authority in accordance with Article 46.

1. The company will only reimburse the examination fees for those who present the company's examination notification form at the contracted hospital.
2. During the examination, please bring the original identification document and this notification form to the company's contracted hospital for the check-up. No payment is required on-site. However, you must collect the receipt of this notification form (stamped by the hospital) and submit it on the new hire's reporting day to complete the reporting process.
※General Physical Examination Items (as stipulated by the Labor Health Protection Regulations) (Reports that do not comply will be rejected):
1. Investigation of work experience, medical history, lifestyle, and self-reported symptoms.
2. Physical examination of height, weight, vision, color perception, hearing, blood pressure, waist circumference, and various systems or parts of the body.
3. Urine protein and occult blood tests.
4. Hemoglobin and white blood cell count tests.
5. Tests for blood glucose, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT, also known as SGPT), creatinine, cholesterol, triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
6. Chest X-ray (large film) examination.
※Notes:
1. Please do not eat for 6 to 8 hours before blood drawing to avoid affecting the test results.
2. Avoid staying up late and drinking alcohol two days before the examination to prevent affecting liver function indicators.
3. Women should avoid menstruation during the physical examination to prevent affecting the interpretation of results.
4. Please wear light and casual clothing, and avoid wearing shirts with buttons or metal.
5. Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should not undergo X-ray examinations! Please inform the hospital staff.
6. The physical examination report from the company's contracted hospital will be mailed to the company's medical office within 14 working days and then forwarded to the employee.
7. If you wish to submit a physical examination report already completed previously, please submit the original report from a labor department-approved medical institution, which complies with the above regulations and was conducted within three months prior to the new hire's reporting date, to the Human Resources Department on the reporting day to complete the reporting process.
