In order to meet the development needs of different functions, we have established a complete talent training system to provide new employees with all-round education and training, which not only meets the core functions of Chibang, but also focuses on cultivating outstanding talents with the Chibang spirit. Based on the learning map, with learning development paths and career planning as the core, we design corresponding professional, general and management courses for employees. Through planned and systematic guidance, we help colleagues master the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes at each stage to meet the needs of the organization's future development.

Chipbond is committed to talent cultivation and development, and regards talent competitiveness as the key to sustainable operations. The company emphasizes employee learning and development. Since 2007, it has established a knowledge development committee to provide a cross-department communication platform to ensure the smooth implementation of each training project. It has also introduced the Talent Quality-Management System (TTQS) to ensure the quality of training, and has own the TTQS gold medal for enterprises and institutions many times. The Company was recognized with the 1st “National Training Quality Award”, a grand enterprise-level prize, in 2011.

Chipbond continues to promote learning season activities and innovates learning models to stimulate employees'enthusiasm for learning. In 2024, we launched the "Explore the CB Island" activity, which created an open and diverse learning atmosphere through various learning tasks and puzzle challenges. It attracted a total of 5,601 participants and promoted the continuous growth of the team. In 2024, the "Intelligence Field" was included for the first time to enhance AI knowledge, encourage crossdomain learning, and further strengthen the professional capabilities of individuals and teams. In addition, to ensure that the ESG spirit is implemented in daily work, the employee code of ethics has been uploaded to the employee rights and interests Q&A platform, allowing colleagues to access and learn at any time through their mobile phones; and through the "Friendly Workplace Flip & Answer" event, 581 colleagues were attracted to participate, deepening the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) concept and implementing a friendly workplace culture.
| Overall, in 2024, Chipbond conducted a total of 1,620 education training courses, with 32,395 participants (internal training-synchronous courses in 227 classes with 18,516 participants, asynchronous online courses in 1,132 classes with 13,371 participants, and external training in 261 classes with 508 participants), with a total training fund of NT$1,431,655; at the same time, it also participated in the "Human Resources Enhancement Project" of the Workforce Development Agency and received a subsidy of NT$390,000. |
