In order to meet the development needs of different functions, we provide new employees with comprehensive education and training through Chipbond’s Employee Training System. This not only conforms to the core functions of Chipbond, but also is committed to cultivating colleagues with the DNA of the Company. Based on the learning map, with learning development path and career planning as the main axis, we plan corresponding training courses for employees, provide professional, general, management and other related training, and plan and systematically guide colleagues to learn what they need at each stage. Knowledge, skills and attitudes to meet the future development needs of the organization.

Chipbond is committed to talent cultivation and development, and regards talent competitiveness as the key to sustainable operations. The company emphasizes employee learning and development. Since 2007, it has established a knowledge development committee to provide a cross-department communication platform to ensure the smooth implementation of each training project. It has also introduced the Talent Quality-Management System (TTQS) to ensure the quality of training, and has own the TTQS gold medal for enterprises and institutions many times. The Company was recognized with the 1st “National Training Quality Award”, a grand enterprise-level prize, in 2011.
2023 Education and Training Results |
In the continuous promotion of learning season activities every year, we continue to innovate learning content to stimulate employees' enthusiasm for learning. In 2023, we launched the "Bold and Playful Learning" learning season activity, through conducting diverse learning tasks, collecting puzzles and completing various puzzles. A learning challenge, field activities include proposal improvement, information security, quality assurance, sustainability, learning, environmental safety and other fields. The diverse nature enriches the learning experience, and optimizes the navigation design of the gamified learning platform, and adds the DEI-friendly workplace theme to emphasize "Inclusive Workplace" and "Gender Equality" create an open and diverse learning atmosphere to help the team continue to learn and grow. A total of 4,241 people passed the learning activities this year.
Overall, a total of 1,744 Education and Training Courses were held in 2023, with 38,878 participants (Internal Training - 227 Synchronous Courses, 1,286 Asynchronous Online Courses, 21,688 Synchronous Courses, 1,286 Asynchronous Online Courses, 16,782 participants, 231 external training sessions and 408 person-times), with a total training funding of NTD 2,055,146. At the same time, he also participated in the "Manpower Improvement Project Plan" of the Workforce Development Agency and received a subsidy of NTD 517,000. |
