With the mission of "Creating a community of shared future filled with both a sense of accomplishment and happiness", Chipbond hopes to create higher value and well-being for all stakeholders. In order to achieve sustainable management of the company and promote the development of human society, the company not only continues to strengthen its corporate competitiveness and creates higher economic value, but also hopes to contribute to environmental sustainability and social development by assuming corporate citizenship responsibilities., refer to the "Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies",   the "Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct (RBA CoC)" and other domestic and foreign norms and standards to formulate the "Chipbond Technology Sustainable Development Policy". After being submitted to the board of directors for approval, serves as the company’s highest principle for sustainable development.
